Services & Costs...
Delivery and Collection - We charge 40p per mile on all orders and it can be calculated when quoting a price for your order. Tavistock area is free delivery. We are also happy for you to collect & deliver the items from us too.
Booking & Billing - The hire period covers the event up to 3 days. We require a separate £30 deposit payment at the time of your booking & the balance paid in advance or no later than two weeks before your event. The deposit will be returned to you 7 days after your event, unless anything is missing or damaged (cracked, chipped or broken) & will be charged up to 5 x the hire price or replaced with a similar item.
Due to the delicacy of our crockery we do not hire items for children's parties.
Washing up & Packing away - There is a 10% charge for washing the delicate China & glasses by hand as they're not built for dishwashers! (You also have the option to wash them yourself) We ask that you kindly rinse them under a tap to remove food & liquid & pack them the same way you received it ready for us to collect.
The fun part - We make vintage design easier... Let’s face it – not everyone has the time to pull together the vintage look they desire for their event. If you’re the victim of an overbooked lifestyle or simply need assistance with the creative process, Zoe-ann can help. She will unpack the goods & set it up beautifully on the tables ready for you to enjoy.
Their stockroom is located in Yelverton where Brides/Grooms-to-be are invited to have a look at the vast stock as not everything they supply is on the website!
